HOW TO GET HERE
We encourage participants to use public transportation. The nearest tram and bus stops are Lundbystrand and Pumpgatan. Plan your journey using Västtrafik's ToGo app or visit vasttrafik.se. Parking is available nearby, including at Östra Lindholmen and P-hus Lindholmen.

EVENT AREA
Adjacent to the start and finish area you will find information services, race bib collection, bag storage, exhibitors, late registration and goodie bag distribution.

CHANGING FACILITIES & TOILETS
We recommend arriving dressed and ready to run, as there are no changing rooms available on site. Toilets can be found inside Vassen Market.

VALUABLES & BAG STORAGE
A staffed bag storage service is available in the event area. All items are stored at the owner's risk.

GOODIE BAG
Each team will receive a goodie bag, which can be collected by one team representative. The goodie bag includes a meal voucher for Vassen Market, beverages and various offers. Please bring your race bib when collecting the bag.

REGISTRATION & LATE REGISTRATION
Registration is open until September 20 via RaceID. For registrations after this date, please email us at [email protected] or register on site at the event area between 16:00 and 17:30.

TEAM CHANGES
Changes to team line-ups can be made on site during race bib collection.

RACE BIB COLLECTION
Race bibs and the relay baton can be collected at the event area between 16:00 and 17:30.

WARM-UP
Hagabadet will lead a group warm-up starting at 17:45 in the start area.

START LISTS & RESULTS
The start lists can be found here. Results will be published here as soon as possible after the race.

COURSE & LEGS
The Lindholmen Relay consists of four legs of 2.5 km each. Course marshals will be positioned along the route to provide guidance and encouragement. In some areas, directional signs will also help guide runners. Please note that the course crosses roads and cycle paths at several points. Be considerate of other road users and stay alert when approaching crossings. A course map can be found here.

RELAY EXCHANGE
The exchange zone is clearly marked and staffed by volunteers who will help guide participants. All exchanges take place in the same area as the start, at Vassen Market. The relay baton must be passed within the designated exchange zone. Teams that drop the baton are responsible for retrieving it themselves.

AFTER RUN
After the race, we invite all participants to join us for an After Run at Vassen Market. Here you can redeem your meal voucher and enjoy the atmosphere together with fellow runners

 EXHIBITORS
Hagabadet, Nordic Wellness and SportRehab will be present in the event area. Visit their booths to learn more about their services and take advantage of offers, competitions and information.

PRIZE CEREMONY
Prizes will be awarded to the winning team in each category, as well as to the company that has registered the highest number of teams. The prizes are provided by Hagabadet, Nordic Wellness Lindholmen and Ullevi Friidrott. The prize ceremony will take place at approximately 19:15 on the stage in the event area.

RECYCLING
Help us keep the event area clean and tidy. Please dispose of your waste responsibly.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Photography and filming will take place during the event. Images and video material may be used by Ullevi Friidrott for communication, marketing and social media purposes.
